Henne Kirkeby Kro

Big news for 2025

We are thrilled to announce that Alan Bates will be joining our team as the Head Chef in Henne when we open in March 2025.
In collaboration with Paul Cunningham, Alan will elevate the culinary experience at Henne, as we strive to continue
to enhance our guests' experiences by utilising every aspect of our garden and kitchen. Both Alan and Paul want to bring
our customers into the heart of Henne, sharing our culinary philosophy and vision.

Paul Cunningham has been with us since 2012. He achieved his first star in 2016 followed by the second Michelin star a year later.
In 2020 Henne achieved the prestigious Green Star.

Alan originally became part of the Henne team in 2017, demonstrating the spirit and potential that aligned with our aspirations.
After two enriching years, Alan embarked on his own journey in Copenhagen. And now five years on , it is now the right time
to welcome Alan back to Henne. With his ambition and experience from some of England's highest-rated restaurants,
he is set to continue his journey in collaboration with Paul of creative culinary exploration.

For those of you who are wondering, Restauranmt Connection will remain but with a slightly different context.
Our space on Øster Farimagsgade will be our play ground, a place for us to explore and entertain.
Dates and events to be announced later this season.

As we embrace the New Year and new beginnings, we will be discontinuing our current tasting menu.
In its place, we are excited to offer a new menu giving you the choice of dishes and creating your own menu
from both Paul and Alan, showcasing dishes in the signature Henne style. We will also be doing small portions
for a tasting menu, if this is your thing.

2025 promises to be a remarkable year, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming you to
our little inn on the West Coast.
